The dust suction takes place through a completely new system, i.e. using a large air inlet at a lower speed, in order to avoid air drafts which could be dangerous to the operator.

The dust is sucked up from the electric fans placed on the exhauster top and falls down to the lower tanks to asteady waterfall and some water jets that “wash” it effectively, also avoiding its scattering.The clean air comes out from the upper fans always inside the working place and this permits a saving of heating.

WATER TANKSet at the base of the structure is made of stainless steel.The pump sucks up water for every washing circuit.

FLOWING WATERFALLWater flows on a stainless steel surface fed through the first washing circuit; The dusty air undergoes here itsfirst cleaning.

INNER WASHING CHAMBERIt’s the place where dusty air undergoes the most energetic and complete cleaning.Some violent water jets placed behind the waterfall make the dust particles heavier; the combination ofgravity and centrifugal forces makes the dust drop down into the water tank.

ELECTRICAL SUCTION FANSMade of galvanized steel with a special fin angle allow a very large air inlet at a lower speed, reducing bothnoise and absorbed power.

ELECTRICAL PUMPThis kind of pump is particularly suitable to feed the water circuits; it is supplied with a three-phase motor.
