Price and Payment
Prices are as quoted or as per the current price list. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates only. Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon delivery.
Users must ensure that any information provided is accurate and up to date.
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect details provided, additional charges may apply.

Quality and Warranty
Nirox Limited warrants Goods to be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose where specified. Claims must be made promptly, and defective Goods returned for inspection. Remedies include repair, replacement, or refund.
Limitation of Liability
Nirox Limited limits liability to the Contract price or insurance cover, whichever is greater. Nirox Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data, business opportunity, goodwill, or anticipated savings. The Supplier disclaims liability for misuse or misapplication of information provided.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from product use.
Users are responsible for ensuring the correct and safe use of our tools.
Termination
Nirox Limited may terminate the Contract for non-payment, breach, insolvency, or other specified conditions.
Assignment
Nirox Limited may assign the Contract. The Buyer may not assign without prior written consent.
Force Majeure
Nirox Limited may delay, reduce, or cancel delivery without liability due to events beyond control. Buyer may terminate if such events exceed six months.
Account Creation & Termination
Customers may create an account on our website to manage orders and preferences.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account if we believe the user is not adhering to these Terms & Conditions or is engaging in illegal activities through our website.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Goods must be returned unused, in original packaging and resaleable condition. Buyer bears return costs. Restocking charges may apply for non-defective returns.
Customers may return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a refund, excluding shipping costs.
Faulty or damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt for a replacement or refund.
Custom or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.

Communications
All communications shall be in writing and sent by hand, prepaid post, or email to or to the registered addresses of the parties. Communications are deemed received within two business days of posting or on the day of hand delivery or email transmission (if before 4pm on a working day).
