Return Period
You may return any item within 30 days of receipt, no questions asked. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Returns Beyond 30 Days
Returns requested after 30 days of delivery require prior approval. Please contact your sales representative to discuss available options.
Condition of Returned Goods
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unused;
- in their original packaging;
- in a condition suitable for resale (at the sole discretion of Nirox Limited);
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Return Shipping & Refunds
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Original delivery fees are non-refundable
- If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
